If you’re looking for an unique, and intimate setting for your next corporate event, holiday party, or private event, look no further! Opened in 2016, the Studio@Mainstreet was a local service garage now converted into a music & event venue. With seating capacity up to 99, the Studio@Mainstreet features a cool, retro vibe in the heart of downtown Parker with ample private parking, outdoor patio access, liquor service, and all necessary A/V equipment.
The Studio@ Mainstreet comes equipped with a stage, special event lighting and a professional sound system (including microphones), as well as numerous cocktail tables and chairs at your disposal.
Rental rates are based on an hourly rate. ($150/hr - Weekend Fri.-Sun. | $100/hr - Weekdays Mon.-Thurs.) Additional hours can be arranged directly with the Event Manager for a fee.

Bar
Private event rentals include bar staffing and use of the entire L-shaped bar. The Studio@Mainstreet offers many bar package options for your private event from a Deluxe Open Bar to a No-Host Cash Bar.
Food
We partner with a number of local catering companies but you are free to utilize whomever you would like for food service. We can coordinate set-up, delivery, and management of your food service.
Setting the Scene for Your Event
Whether you're throwing a fundraiser gala, a birthday party, a school dance, or a rocking holiday party, we’ll work with you to set the scene for your event. The Studio@Mainstreet already comes equipped with special event lighting and numerous tables and chairs at your disposal. The Private Event Manager will work with you to create a floor plan for your event and will coordinate with you to bring in additional rental furniture, linens, and special equipment to create a unique look for your event.
